
About Us
“Master Pot”, a cider vinegar brand was founded in 2019, to create a new way to make apple cider vinegar. Whereas most apple cider vinegars are too intense and sour, we wanted to find a way to make it not just drinkable, but enjoyable. Through careful study of the process and the raw materials, we came up with a method that fulfils our mission statement: “To make a delicious cider vinegar that is tasty, easy to drink, and healthy.”
Based on that original idea, we started to use "Coconut flower nectar”, a local Thai plant rich in minerals (such as potassium, magnesium, iron, etc.) and turned it into cider vinegar. It gives a milder aroma and taste, a totally different flavour than any other type of fermented vinegar. Due to the ecosystem it is from —honey bees regularly collect nectar from coconut bouquets, our cider vinegar has a mild honey scent, a unique flavour that only nature can provide.
Not only do we carefully select quality raw materials but we also use a special process with a longer period of fermentation of more than 4 months, in earthenware. Without any heat treatment, the good microorganisms stay alive to make the most delicious and fragrant natural cider vinegar you have ever tasted.
